Added a package, driver and NixOS module to load AMD uProf in fox. I would need to debug the udev rules to see they actually work and properly create the device without racing.

Added a package, driver and NixOS module to load AMD uProf in fox. I would need to debug the udev rules to see they actually work and properly create the device without racing.

I'll address AMD uProf in another PR, so we can merge other changes in the meanwhile.
