Rodrigo Arias Mallo 18afcb1f44 Avoid nixpkgs reevaluation ...

The bsc attrset is now extensible: replacing a few bsc packages is very
fast. Also we allow the complete bscpkgs to be within other custom
overlays (not tested yet).
