WIP: Introduce Intel 2024, 2025, tasycl and oneMath

This is not good enough, since icpx is using gcc13 and clangOmpss may use a different version, which breaks everything.

Enable cuda system feature in raccoon and fox via nix-required-mounts

We could try to use the finalAttrs pattern and finalAttrs.finalPackage instead of cudainfo so we can do (cudainfo.overrideAtrrs (prev: {})).gpuCheck without running into weirdness.

It may be cleaner to put gcc = gcc13 in the top level let and leave all the wrapIntel calls as is.

Wxparaver broken in NixOS 25.05

Would it be a good idea to apply it and use the latest boost?

I think so. Mainly as a "canary", so we don't have to remember to change boost back once upstream fixes it.

I have managed to get it working through a separate wrapper. It's not ideal, but it should work for now
