Use host mode for docker network

LGTM, but I am not sure of the security implications of giving access to the host network to the runner.

Enable gitea dump on tent with custom rotating backups

I would need to test the restore process in a real scenario. If you already have a working Gitea instance on weasel perhaps that would be the easiest place to test:
