Shutdown machines on high temperature #74

As observed by Grafana today (and in some other occasion) the temperature of the room where the Raccoon machine is located (yellow line) has increased rapidly:

Causing the temperature of the machine to raise, despite the fans increasing their speed. While in this case the situation went back to normal after a short time, it may happen that during the summer holidays it happens for a long time causing the machine temperature to rise to a unsafe level.

We may want to shutdown the machine if we detect a high temperature in the intake air sensor.
