To avoid rebuilding packages multiple times, we can offload to a external cache service like cachix which provide a free tier for public caches. This will also allow other machines to pull binaries from bscpkgs.

Users have a free 5 GB limit for open source projects.

They have updated their pricing and open source projects have a 5Gb limit nowadays.

Yeah, I think this issue was created before we had the jungle website. Better to use out own cache now that we can.
