It seems that one of the nodes is either continuously rebooting or causing the fans to spike to maximum speed. Noise seems to be coming from around xeon03.

This is consistent with the information reported by the BMC:

The node xeon03 had some Lustre daemons which were burning the CPU when the MDS server was down. We should remove those daemons.
