The current configuration of the BMC causes the machines to turn back on as soon as the electric power is restored. But there has been no explicit confirmation that the AC unit will be ready when the power comes back. And even if there is, nothing prevents it from actually hapening. I will ask for clarification regardless.

The nodes can tolerate a short time without AC, but we should not turn them back on unless it is working properly. We may want to only turn on the login so we can make sure the room is cold, and then turn on the rest of the machines.

BSC has confirmed that the racks won't have electricity until the AC units are ready. Let's keep it as-is for now, we can monitor the temperature once they boot and act accordingly if something goes wrong.
