Monitoring services should be placed in a machine that doesn't need another machine to work, otherwise a failure in any can cause the services to go down. We can solve this by either moving the services to apex or adding a new uplink in hut.

Ideally I would prefer adding a new uplink so we can tolerate a crash in the login, let's see what we can do.
