In order to monitor Fox via IPMI we now need to keep a VPN connection active so we can reach the BMC. While we could setup this system-wide, it would be interesting to setup a network namespace with the network routes, so it is not accessible systemwide.

We only need to run the IPMI probe for Prometheus three and potentially any manual intervention via the ipmi console occasionally.

Fixed in #121 by just adding the route for Fox IPMI.
