They seem like a good proxy for the state of the power in the rack. Non reachable when login is not forwarding traffic.

May be a good idea to add monitoring capabilities in raccoon as well, as it will become an independent entity so we can monitor power failure in the rack.

They are not reachable from hut or ssfhead. We could try raccoon but then it would continue to complicate things.
