Fix renamed option for watchdog time

The option `systemd.watchdog.runtimeTime' defined in `/nix/store/m7h6slsq394m872xnhxsxqrkhndz1lqs-source/m/common/base/watchdog.nix' has been renamed to `systemd.settings.Manager.RuntimeWatchdogSec'.
